Founded in 2006, Damien Shea & Co., solicitors are committed to delivering quality services to clients with the best endeavours and strengths.  We uphold the principle of “from society, with the society”.  In 2013, we opened a Shenzhen office in China in view of the increasingly cross-border interactions between China and Hong Kong.
Our founder Dr. Damien Shea is an experienced lawyer having more than 30 years of legal experience.  He is also a China-Appointed Attesting Officer.  Dr. Shea has four academic degrees including the Bachelor in Laws from the University of Northumbria at New Castle, the Master in Comparative and Chinese Law from the City University of Hong Kong and both the Master and Doctorin Chinese Law from the People’s University of China。Dr. Shea is also very enthusiastic about the community services in Hong Kong and China.
